Location: Padeswood
First Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an on-site project team in Padeswood, Wales. The role covers commercial, contractual and quantity surveying activities across major construction and engineering projects, with a focus on cost control and governance.
You will manage pre- and post-contract activities, valuations, payments and contract administration, while mentoring junior team members. This is a 12-month contract with on-site work five days a week.
