Labourer
to join an established
tarmac and surfacing company based in Garvagh
.

Garvagh, County Londonderry

Monday
- Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm

£12.82 per hour

As a Labourer, you will work as part of the tarmac and surfacing team, assisting with the preparation and laying of materials and supporting the team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Duties may include:

• General labouring duties on tarmac and surfacing projects
• Assisting tradesmen and site operatives
• Loading, unloading and moving materials
• Keeping the work area clean and organised
• Following site health & safety procedures
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Carrying out any other general duties required on site

Own transport is required
to travel to the company's main yard in Garvagh.

Local applicants may be able to avail of a pick-up service
, subject to availability and location.

• Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable
• Tarmac/surfacing experience would be an advantage but is not essential
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety
• Own transport is required unless a local pick-up arrangement is available
