Site Agent - Water

Site Agent Sewage Reservoir Scheme
Location: Moffat, Scotland
Start Date: September 2026
Rate: £350 £ 400 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major sewage reservoir construction project in Moffat, Scotland, starting in September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Agent with a strong civil engineering background, excellent IT skills, and a proven ability to manage site documentation and project paperwork to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials.
• Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, permits, quality documentation, and health & safety paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures and client requirements.
• Liaise effectively with the project team, client representatives, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and assist in delivering the project on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering or water infrastructure projects.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital site management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high standard of paperwork and reporting.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
