Graduate Quantity Surveyor​/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our team is passionate and dynamic, and our current projects involve working closely with Wrexham, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy and Anglesey Councils as well as approved contractors for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, North Wales Police and Adra., Reporting to and supported by the Quantity Surveyors, as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor your duties will include, although not be limited to:

• Undertaking site measurements to build up detailed bills of quantities
• Preparing tender and contract / subcontract documents
• Preparing client valuations and invoices
• Agreeing sub-contractor measures
• Negotiating rates and discounts with sub-contractors
• Attending site visits and prestart meetings across North Wales
• Attending internal meetings
  Full UK driving licence
• Either be a recent Quantity Surveying graduate, or be due to graduate in 2026
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  Starting salary of £30,000, rising with experience. Negotiable depending on experience.
