Location: Ladybank
NG Bailey is seeking a Preconstruction Manager (Electrical) in Scotland, hybrid, to lead a team of design engineers through tender and construction phases. You will drive constructability reviews and ensure a smooth handover from design to build, balancing technical rigour with project delivery.
You will bring substantial preconstruction and management experience, be chartered or working towards chartership, and collaborate with risk, scheduling, and safety teams across multiple sites.
