Operating across the commercial property sector, the business delivers a wide range of professional and project-led surveying services to a diverse portfolio of private and public sector clients throughout Scotland.
Your new role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of professional and project work across commercial properties. Your duties will include conducting building surveys, preparing schedules of condition, undertaking dilapidations work, delivering contract administration services, preparing specifications and managing refurbishment projects.
You will work closely with a varied client base, providing high-quality technical advice and building long-term relationships while supporting the continued growth of the Aberdeen office.
What you'll need to succeedMRICS qualified Building Surveyor Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Experience delivering both professional and project-based surveying services
Strong knowledge of commercial property
Excellent report-writing and communication skills
Ability to manage workloads independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Full UK driving licence
