The role of the Estimator – Interior Fit-Out will involve:
* Estimator position working on range of fit-out joinery projects across the commercial sector
* General office administration and stakeholder liaison
* Identify tender opportunities, review drawings and specifications, and carry out site surveys and quantity take-offs
* Prepare, price and submit tenders, PQQs and subcontractor packages
* Manage post-contract QS duties, including valuations, variations, cost control and final accounts
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, managing contracts, payments and retentions
The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Interior Fit-Out with:
* Must have experience as an Estimator or QS
* Ideally have experience within Interior Fit-Out, framing, structural building products, dry walling, partitions or related
* Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes
* Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.
* Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
* IT Literate particularly excel
