Assistant Site Manager - Residential Developer

- Salisbury We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a leading National House builder on a residential development in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a 3 month contract on a development consisting of traditional build houses and flats.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the build process froom roof stage throught to CML whilst ensuring plots are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing plots from roof stage through to CML Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades Ensuring works are completed in line with build programmes and quality standards Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site Managing snagging, inspections and plot completions Reporting progress directly to the Project Manager Requirements:
