Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience working on residential projects or similar looking to join a rapidly growing business offering clear scope to progress into management roles in the future?
Established more than 20 years ago, this social housing construction specialist delivers both the refurbishment of existing properties and the development of innovative new buildings. Consistent growth and a strong industry reputation underpin its continued success.
In this role, you will carry out surveys on residential buildings while acting as a senior member of the team, providing guidance and leadership throughout. You will also liaise with key clients and serve as a primary point of contact for the business.
This role would suit a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to progress into management roles within a growing business.
The Role:
Surveying high end residential properties
Liaising with clients
Progression to management available
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
