Brave Island is managed by Ventnor Exchange, a not-for-profit organisation that runs live events and venues, including arts festival Ventnor Fringe. The IW Creative Network supports creatives through business support, networking, and training.

Between us, we’ve got lots of knowledge about the creative industries here on the Island and beyond, including different employment and education options for your chosen career pathway, as well as our own networks of organisations and individuals we might recommend you get in touch with.

Maybe you have a dream creative career but aren’t sure where to start, or maybe you have an idea for your own creative business but would like a sounding board to talk through ideas, this opportunity is the perfect way to get the ball rolling.

Our Coffee & Chat opportunities are relaxed, informal conversations where you have the chance to meet with different industry professionals either to find out about their job and how they got to where they are today, or ask for any advice they have to offer.
