Overview
An exciting opportunity within the ATM & Cash Operations department for an ATM Service Desk Analyst to join a customer‑focused, high‑performing team. This role involves supporting critical services in a fast‑paced environment and contributing to the continued success of operations.
As an ATM Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for retail colleagues by assisting them with ATM and cash related incidents. You will have accountability to identify and resolve incidents that could impact service to the branch network and our customers. You will operate in an operational environment where tasks need to be completed to ensure service is restored in the shortest time possible.
The ability to remain calm and focused at all times is essential.

Responsibilities- Act as a first point of contact for retail colleagues by assisting them with ATM and Cash related incidents.
- Identify and resolve incidents that have the potential to impact service to the branch network and our customers.
- Work in an operational environment to ensure service is restored in the shortest time possible.
- Remain calm and focused at all times to maintain effective support and service delivery.
- This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.

- For this role you will spend at least two days per week, or if part time you will spend 40% of your working time, based at our Swindon office. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
- The initial training period will be on-site at our Swindon office, after which hybrid working is available.
