Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive franchised-approved Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Cardiff area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

• Between £28-29,500 basic salary pending experience.
• On-target earningsof £35,000 perannumbased on customer service scores
• 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing over length of service up to 25 days leave.

• Other benefits are on offer, such asexpenses paid for bi-annual staffing events (Summer and Christmas parties) and achievement events and meals.

• Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings 8:30am to 1:00pm.

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role, within the Automotive industry is essential.
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records
• Prepare and complete Invoices
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
  
  For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,500 with OTE of circa £35,000.
