Vehicle Management and Reservations Operative Swansea SA4 4LL
Full time Circa £28,500 pa

Are you the right person for the job?

  • It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous vehicle administration and call centre experience, though applications from those with skills in a customer service or administrative roles will be considered
  • Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, via the telephone
  • Candidates must have the ability to interpret customer requirements and guide them to the most appropriate vehicle rental solution
  • The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Be computer literate
  • Be eligible to work in the UK

What will your role look like?

  • Report to the Central Reservations and VMS Manager
  • Support our customers fleet service requirements
  • Serve customer rental enquiries
