Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing team based in Warrington.

This is a permanent position.

The rate of pay is £25,000 per annum.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:

- 8:30am to 5pm Your Time at Work As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with care.

You will manage customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, while working closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.

Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems (Creatio CRM)

Liaising with internal teams to follow up on customer requests.

Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Previous proven experience in a customer service or contact centre environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, patient manner.

Competent IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems Creatio CRM

Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
