Accurate Background is seeking a dedicated
Customer Service Representative to join its Client Services team in Brighton. This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to clients and applicants, ensuring a positive customer experience while advancing the background screening process.

The Customer Service Representative will act as the “voice” of Accurate Background, connecting with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and deliver training. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients and applicants via phone, email, and chat queues
- Provide information about products and services
- Gather details related to complaints and requests, processing them accurately and efficiently
- Deliver training and guidance on proprietary systems
- Use reasoning skills to analyze information and determine appropriate solutions
- Document call details, tasks, and actions in CRM tools
- Coordinate with supervisors, peers, and other departments regarding requests
- Adhere to quality standards, client guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Support team efforts to maintain service level agreements (SLA)
- Develop knowledge of customer service functions, order fulfilment, products, and FCRA requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in one or more languages
- Experience in background screening industry
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
