German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Temporary Assignment)

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their customer support team based in White City, London. This is a full-time, office-based position offered on a temporary 3-month contract. This opportunity would suit a proactive and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels. Respond to customer enquiries in a professional, timely, and efficient manner. Process orders, requests, and account updates accurately. Resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating where appropriate. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Support administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a consistently excellent experience. Skills & Experience Required Fluent German speaker (both written and spoken) - essential. Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Competent user of Microsoft Office and customer management systems. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach. What's on Offer £15.00 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time hours (37.5 per week). Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend work.
