Key Responsibilities Answer incoming telephone calls from customers Assist with enquiries and requests relating to services Provide accurate information and guidance in a professional manner Record customer details and update relevant systems accurately Requirements Previous customer service or telephone based experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good IT and data entry skills
