Location: Brighton
Mandarin Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a Financial Services company in Brighton. The role involves assisting customers with onboarding and addressing their inquiries as you start your journey in the financial sector.
Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and strong troubleshooting skills. This position requires clear communication in English, with an added advantage for candidates who can communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Various shift schedules are available.
