Full‑time, Permanent
Hours:
45 per week (Monday‑Friday, shift rota basis from 8 AM to 7 PM)

- Oversee visitor check‑ins, passes, and general enquiries with confidence and efficiency.
- Support the front‑of‑house team by providing seamless cover across multiple buildings, adapting easily to different environments.
- Liaise with security and facilities teams to help maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming reception space.
- Uphold high standards of presentation, ensuring the reception area always looks professional.
- Bring enthusiasm and attention to detail to every task, helping create an exceptional experience for everyone entering the building.
