Customer Care Team Member

As a member of the Customer Care team in McDonald’s you will be the welcoming face for our customers guiding them through the ordering process on our self‑service order points, ensuring all are provided with a clean and friendly environment for them to enjoy their food and have a well‑earned rest. We offer working patterns on either a full or part‑time basis, with a variety of shifts available.

Our pay rates will vary depending on your age. What will set you apart? Our Site Director Karolina is looking for someone with genuine passion for customer service who takes pride in ensuring everyone leaves with a smile. Experience in a customer‑facing or similar role would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – full training will be provided.
