Huntress is seeking a Customer Service Advisor - French Speaking to join their team in Portslade, Brighton. This temporary role, which lasts roughly 4-5 weeks, requires immediate availability. You will conduct structured mystery shopper calls, make outbound calls, and maintain detailed records while ensuring accuracy.
The ideal candidate must be a fluent French speaker with previous customer service experience and have a professional telephone manner. Commuting to the office reliably is essential, as no parking is available on site.
