We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our well established business.
We are offering a £33,213.05 basic salary plus company benefits.
Responsibilities- Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Set customer expectations and keep in touch throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
- Upsell additional products and follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines.
- Previous customer facing service experience (essential).
- Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets.
- Previous experience within this role would be beneficial but not essential.
- 25 days holiday rising with length of service – plus bank holidays.
