Temporary, 11 weeks, £13.45ph, Immediate Start

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to help create an exceptional living experience for residents of this vibrant student accommodation. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, sales, marketing, and operational support within a vibrant student accommodation community.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.
  • Respond to resident enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support community events and activities that enhance the resident experience.
  • Manage maintenance requests and ensure issues are appropriately logged and tracked.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and resident documentation.
  • Assist with resident communications, notices, and general administration.
  • Support move-in and move-out periods, helping ensure a smooth resident journey.
  • Support sales and leasing activities to maximise occupancy levels.
  • Assist with local marketing activities and community engagement initiatives.
  • Support rent collection processes and follow up on outstanding arrears.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Confidence working with databases and administrative systems.
  • A proactive, positive, and professional approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
