Location: Kirk Ella
Quickline Communications Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver first-class experiences across email, calls and live chat. This 12-month fixed-term contract is based onsite at Willerby, near Hull, UK.
You'll take ownership of customer interactions, resolve queries promptly, handle escalations, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction through proactive service and timely responses.
