I'm looking for a Tenant Liasion Officer for a project in Social Housing Properties in Newark.
The Tenant Liasion Officer will be expected to:
- Collecting and delivering documents, keys
- Discussing with tenants on what colours and materials they want
- Acting as a Customer Liaison Officer, providing clear and professional communication
- Updating customers on delivery times, what works are taking place, access arrangements, and any changes
Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Tenant Liasion Officer that has:
- Experience in social housing properties
- Experience as a TLO / CLO
And in return, the Tenant Liasion Officer will receive:
- 20 per hour
- Ongoing work
