Location: Poyle
DHL Express UK is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice to join the Customer Facing IT team, gaining hands-on experience in a busy helpdesk environment while working toward a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
You'll become the first point of contact for users, log incidents, gather information, and contribute to knowledge articles as you develop communication, IT, and problem-solving skills over a two-year training programme.
