Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Birmingham based client to recruit for a Part Time Customer Support candidate.
The ideal candidate will be able to work 4 days per week, 9am-5pm.
This company can offer hybrid working - 2 days office/2 days from home.
The main duties of the Customer Support role:

- Order Processing
- Liaising with customers and clients
- Communicating with local authorities and external suppliers
- Handling and resolving queries
The ideal candidate MUST have:

- Experience working within a residential conveyancing environment or working within a property search industry
- Good IT skills
- An excellent telephone manner
