Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy distribution operation based in Chipping Norton.

This is a varied role involving customer service, order processing and general administration, working closely with customers, suppliers and the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer and supplier orders
• Handling customer queries and delivery issues
• Managing the orders inbox
• Checking orders against invoices and delivery paperwork
• Liaising with suppliers and the warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled
• Creating purchase orders and warehouse pick lists
• Providing general administrative support and holiday/sickness cover

About You

• Previous customer service or administration experience
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent telephone and email communication
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Xero and Unleashed experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
