Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Office

PAY RATE: 14.80 per hour PAYE

JOB TYPE: 1 Month contract

LOCATION: Newark, Nottinghamshire

HOURS: 37.50 hours per week - 08:00 AM to 16:30 PM

THE ROLE:
Main duties & responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with residents/customers throughout the kitchen and bathroom replacement works.
• Keep residents informed about planned works, timings and any relevant updates.
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to their questions or concerns.
• Liaise closely with site teams to ensure customer requirements and issues are communicated effectively.
• Support smooth delivery of the works by maintaining strong communication between residents and project teams.
• Travel to various sites across Lincolnshire as required.
• Deal with customer queries professionally and help resolve issues where appropriate.
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence when dealing with residents.

Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) or similar customer liaison role.
• Experience engaging and communicating with customers/residents.
• Experience liaising with site/project teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own car - essential.
• Willingness to travel to various locations across Lincolnshire.
• DBS required.
• Previous experience within construction, housing or refurbishment projects would be relevant, particularly kitchen/bathroom replacement works.
