phs Group in Caerphilly is hiring a Customer Relations Consultant to join our Customer Relations Team at the Head Office. You will manage a portfolio of customer cases across telephone, email, and letter channels, and work with Account Managers to deliver excellent service.
You'll aim for first-time resolution, support retention, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. This full-time role offers a salary of £25,710 plus bonus, with hybrid work after six months
