Customer Service Advisor (Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Brighton
Salary: £26,277 per annum pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join a leading financial services organisation based in Brighton on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering a first-class customer experience.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing support across a range of products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels
• Providing accurate information and solutions to customer queries
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
• Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every interaction

• The first 4 weeks will be office-based in Brighton, Monday to Friday, for comprehensive training
• Following training, employees have the option to work on a hybrid basis
  , with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
• Those who prefer to remain office-based are welcome to do so

• Previous customer service experience, whether in a contact centre, retail, hospitality or office environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
