Sales & Customer Service Advisor Kelsall, Cheshire | Temporary Contract (6 Months) | Part-Time 21 Hours per Week | £12.94 per hour Monday to Friday | £19.41 per hour Saturday Sales Commission Available | Staff Discount | Birthday Half-Day Off Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join a successful furniture retailer based in Kelsall, Cheshire.

If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships and delivering a first-class experience both face-to-face and online, this Sales & Customer Service Advisor position could be the perfect fit. As a Sales & Customer Service Advisor , you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Working across the showroom and online sales channels, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting visitors to the showroom. Responding to enquiries via telephone, email and live chat. Processing orders accurately across the showroom, website and online marketplaces. Coordinating deliveries and providing regular order updates. Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally. Identifying sales opportunities and supporting business growth through excellent service. Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey. This Sales & Customer Service Advisor role offers plenty of variety and is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and managing multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.

To be successful in this Sales & Customer Service Advisor position, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a customer service, retail, sales support or showroom environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively. A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

Experience as a Customer Advisor, Retail Advisor, Sales Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Showroom Assistant or Order Processor would be beneficial. Hours & Benefits 21 hours per week:
Monday: 8:30am 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid break) Tuesday: 8:30am 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid break) Saturday: 9:00am 3:00pm Some flexibility may be available on Monday and Tuesday hours, subject to business requirements.
