We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Lottery Co-ordinator to help deliver our successful Crackerjackpot Lottery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining administration, data accuracy and supporter care in a role that makes a genuine difference.
About the roleAs the first point of contact for many of our lottery players, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional supporter experiences while ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our weekly lottery draw.
Responsibilities- Processing lottery payments and maintaining accurate supporter records.
- Supporting the administration and financial processes required for each weekly draw.
- Managing lottery entries, raffle responses and prize allocations in line with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining high-quality data within our CRM system.
- Responding to supporter enquiries by phone, email and post, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ensuring all lottery processes and procedures remain current and support business continuity.
This is a fixed-term, part-time role working 15 hours per week. The working pattern can be agreed across 2 or 3 days between Wednesday and Friday, subject to business need. However, a minimum of 6 hours must be worked on a Friday as part of the weekly working pattern.
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at Ty Hafan.

- Confident using Microsoft 365 and learning new systems.
- Experienced in administration, data entry and record keeping.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with a CRM system and delivering excellent customer service is essential.
