We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership based in Llandow.
As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service within the service department.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the motor trade.

Salary and Benefits- Starting salary circa £26, per annum
- Bonus scheme worth up to £400 per month, dependent on individual and dealership performance
- Overtime paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half
- 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

- Greet customers professionally upon arrival and manage their service needs
- Liaise extensively with the workshop team to track progress and communicate updates
- Arrange for servicing, repairs, and maintenance appointments
- Offer and upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Provide accurate advice to customers regarding vehicle status and recommended works
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and organisation
- Ensure all work is recorded accurately in the system
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor is highly advantageous but not essential
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence with minimal points
- Interest in developing a career within the motor trade
