We are an accident repair centre looking for a new member to join our customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers. The position requires someone who has a great telephone manner and is confident talking to customers & work providers, and can provide them with accurate information. We are looking for:
Someone with previous experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role (motor trade would be a bonus) A calm, friendly & patient manner Excellent communication skills Good organisational skills and comfortable using software to book jobs in, keeping records & creating invoices A team player who can help support our other departments A full UK licence is desirable Key tasks are:
Setting up new jobs on our job costing system with accurate information Answering calls from customers & work providers Updating customers & work providers by phone and email Updating the jobs to record communications Taking card payments Recording vehicles as they come on site Handing over courtesy cars Our opening hours are Monday to Friday. There is no weekend work required.
