Established House Builder
We’re working with an established house builder who are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join their team in Great Blakenham.
This is a varied customer care role involving a high level of administration, coordination and communication. You’ll be a key point of contact for the Customer Care team, helping ensure queries, emails and information are directed to the right people and sites.
The Role- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Care team
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Answering calls and transferring customers to the relevant Customer Care Coordinator
- Managing the Customer Care inbox and allocating emails to the correct site
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal systems
- Using COINS to manage and update information
- Preparing letters and general customer correspondence
- Supporting Customer Care Coordinators with their day-to-day workload
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date
- Liaising with Customer Care teams, site teams and other internal departments
- Helping to ensure customer queries and information are dealt with efficiently
- Taking responsibility for a wide range of additional Customer Care administration
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating over the phone and by email
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experienced working with computerised systems
- Professional and customer-focused
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Ideally experienced within new homes, house building, construction, property or customer care
- Previous COINS experience would be highly advantageous.
£29,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
