Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Location: Park Royal

Receptionist – Temporary – £13.85 per hour – West London

A leading fast-food restaurant chain is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide professional front-of-house support at its headquarters in Park Royal, West London.

This is a temporary position from 15th October to 13th November, paying £13.85 per hour.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service to visitors, staff and contractors. Key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact for the organisation
Managing security procedures and compliance for visitors and contractors
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls and taking messages where appropriate
Managing incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries
Providing general administrative support as required

The ideal Receptionist will have:

Previous Receptionist or Front of House experience within a busy environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A professional, friendly and confident manner
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
The ability to quickly build positive relationships with colleagues, managers and visitors
A positive, energetic and proactive approach
A professional appearance and be punctual and reliable
A flexible, can-do attitude
Must be available to start on 15th October and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment through to 15th November
