Are you the person who keeps everything organised, spots the missing detail and makes time to help others? Bring your administration and customer service skills to Bishop Burton College and help learners take their next step.
You might currently work in a busy office, a training provider, a school or college, or a customer service team where administration is a big part of your day. You’re used to balancing priorities, keeping accurate records and answering enquiries with a friendly, professional approach. You’re confident using Microsoft 365 and enjoy working with colleagues to get things done.
Joining our Services to Business team, you’ll support apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, short courses and commercial training. From handling initial enquiries and coordinating enrolments to arranging assessments and maintaining learner records, you’ll help keep programmes running smoothly. You’ll be a key contact for learners, employers and colleagues, making sure they receive clear information and timely support.
Why choose Bishop Burton College? This is an opportunity to see the difference your organisational skills make. Your work will help people access training, build their confidence and develop skills for employment, while supporting businesses with their training needs. You’ll work with colleagues across the College in a varied role that brings together people, processes and a shared purpose.
If you take pride in getting the details right and helping others succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
