Twenty One Dental  is a fully private, multi-award-winning dental, implant and facial aesthetics clinic located in the heart of Brighton & Hove.

Positioned firmly at the premium end of the market, we are recognised for delivering precision-led, digitally advanced dentistry within a refined and distinctly elevated clinical environment. Our clinical infrastructure includes CBCT imaging, advanced digital workflows, intraoral scanning and in-house laboratory support, enabling seamless multidisciplinary collaboration and predictable, high-level outcomes.

We are now seeking a Specialist Orthodontist who wishes to join us long term and contribute meaningfully to that environment.

Orthodontics represents a strategic pillar within the practice, and we are looking to refine and continue to elevate this service within our premium portfolio.

This is not simply a sessional position.

It is an opportunity to:

• Lead and further develop a specialist orthodontic service within an established private brand
• Deliver structured, digitally informed consultations in a high-end setting
• Work alongside a cohesive, expert clinical team with strong leadership
• Collaborate closely with an experienced Treatment Coordinator to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Contribute to the continued evolution of orthodontics within a practice that values excellence and accountability

The role will initially be one day per fortnight (Friday preferred), with a clear pathway to weekly sessions as demand expands.

You will be:

• A GDC Registered Specialist Orthodontist
• Confident leading comprehensive, in-depth consultations independently
• Highly articulate in presenting complex treatment options with clarity and authority
• Comfortable discussing investment in a way that reflects value and long-term benefit
• An exceptional communicator with refined chairside presence
• Supportive, empathetic and able to build trust with a discerning patient demographic
• Commercially mature and comfortable guiding patients toward informed decisions
• Collaborative and comfortable working alongside a dedicated Treatment Coordinator
• Motivated to help shape and continue to grow a specialist service within a premium environment
• Seeking long-term alignment within a stable, expert-led team

Following initial discussion:

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a representative portfolio of recent cases
• A Zoom conversation will then be arranged with our Clinical Director & Owner and our Treatment Coordinator to discuss clinical alignment, consultation philosophy and long-term vision
