M  Dental is recruiting a Dental Practice Manager for an independent, private dental practice in Grayshott. This is an employed, permanent position that offers a key leadership role within a supportive and forward‑thinking practice.

• Available ASAP with notice periods taken into consideration.
• Full or part‑time opportunity (3‑5 days per week).

The successful candidate will support the effective growth, development, and day‑to‑day running of the practice. This is a varied and hands‑on role suited to a proactive and commercially aware leader.

• Marketing and business development.
• Monitoring patient feedback and patient journey.
• Staff development and team leadership.
• HR duties and recruitment support.
• Compliance and CQC requirements.
• Increasing private revenue.
• Financial management, KPIs and budget control.

• Minimum 2 years' dental practice management experience essential.
• GDC registration preferred.
• Valid DBS required.
• Patient‑focused and commercially aware.
• Self‑motivated with strong leadership skills.
• Able to inspire and develop a team.

• Independent private practice.
• Offers General Dentistry, Implants, Smile Makeovers & Facial Aesthetics.
• BDA Good Practice Award.
• 6 surgeries.
• Computerised (SOE).
