Practice Clinical Lead ​/ Associate Dentist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a unique dual clinical and leadership role within Aviemore Dental & Implant Clinic
, combining 2-3 days of clinical practice with dedicated time to lead, influence and help shape the future direction of the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on patient care with a meaningful leadership role within a well-established, highly respected dental practice in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.

With two clear pathways available, you can shape your role around how you want to lead and contribute — whether that is through clinical leadership, shared ownership, or both over time

• Work 2-3 days per week clinically within the practice as an Associate Dentist
• Dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to leadership responsibilities within the Practice Clinical Lead function
• Combine hands-on dentistry with protected time to support team development, clinical standards, governance and practice performance
• Help shape the future direction of a long-established practice with strong roots in the local community
• Flexibility to shape your contribution depending on the pathway you choose and the needs of the practice
