Nurse Seekers are currently recruiting on behalf of an independent dental practice for a Dental Nurse with Reception Duties to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a varied position combining chairside dental nursing, surgery preparation and reception duties , making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys patient contact and wants to develop their career within dentistry.
Previous dental nursing experience and GDC registration are essential. .

- Providing chairside assistance during dental appointments
- Preparing surgeries for procedures
- Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control
- Cleaning and sterilising instruments
- Monitoring and replenishing clinical stock
- Ensuring surgeries are fully prepared for patients
- Booking and managing patient appointments
- Supporting the smooth running of the practice diary
- Responding to patient queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the general administration of the practice
- Providing a welcoming, calm and professional experience for patients
- Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Experience using SOE, Exact or similar dental software would be advantageous but is not essential.
