Dental Technician - Customer Service and Quality Control

We are recruiting on behalf of an established international dental laboratory seeking a GDC registered Dental Technician to join its team in Barnsley.

This opportunity would suit a dental technician who enjoys using their technical knowledge in a role combining customer support, case administration and quality control. You will help ensure cases are accurate, complete and ready for manufacture, while providing knowledgeable support to dental practices and laboratories.

Full training will be provided on the laboratory’s systems and processes.

• Accurately entering incoming cases into the case management system.
• Carrying out quality control and pre-manufacturing checks.
• Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Reviewing cases requiring additional attention and contacting customers to clarify instructions.
• Supporting colleagues across other departments when required.

• Currently registered with the General Dental Council as a Dental Technician.
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach.
• A flexible attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
• Authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

• Salary of £27,000–£35,000, depending on experience and performance.
