Principal Designer

A rapidly expanding consultancy in Leeds is seeking a proactive Principal Designer to take charge of high-value commercial and residential projects. You will become a key advisor to clients and design teams, acting as a visible and influential Principal Designer from the outset.

• Deliver full PD duties on complex developments

• Review design risk and guide design teams

• Attend project and design coordination meetings

• Produce clear, accurate CDM documentation

• Support growth of the PD service

• Strong Principal Designer and CDM background

• TechIOSH/GradIOSH or APS (or working toward)

• Confident stakeholder management skills

• Strong knowledge of design-stage health and safety

• Self-driven, ambitious and commercially aware
