An established, independent, globally minded interior design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end commercial projects across the UK and internationally.

The Role

You will take creative and technical responsibility for commercial interior projects, delivering sophisticated, luxury-led schemes from concept to completion. Working closely with Directors and Associates, you will guide projects strategically and creatively while managing teams and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial interior design projects through all RIBA stages.

Develop strong, concept-driven design narratives.

Oversee technical drawing packages and detailing.

Manage client relationships and presentations.

Coordinate consultants and contractors.

Mentor junior team members.

About You

Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

8+ years’ UK studio experience (commercial sector essential).

Experience in high-end / luxury environments.

Highly proficient in AutoCAD.

Strong technical knowledge and interior architecture understanding.

Confident project manager with polished client-facing skills.
