Duties for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist include:
- Produce technical architectural drawings from planning layouts
- Work on and provide architectural design services to residential and commercial projects
- Produce detailed design information
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Skills and experience for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist include:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Understanding of UK building regulations
- Post qualification experience in a relevant role is beneficial but not essential
- Experience with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good detailing and design skills
- Good technical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
