Senior Architectural Technologist

An established, design-led architectural practice in central Manchester is looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team.

As Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll play a lead role in the technical delivery of healthcare schemes, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
You will:
- Support the technical delivery of healthcare projects from design through to construction
- Ensure compliance with client briefs, statutory regulations, and healthcare standards
- Provide technical input during site stages, resolving construction queries and supporting delivery teams
- Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
- Collaborate across disciplines to develop robust, buildable solutions
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an architectural or multidisciplinary design practice
- Healthcare project experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical compliance
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-focused approach
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with Sketch Up, Enscape, InDesign, and Photoshop is beneficial
