Daily Duties

  • Produce creative design solutions across all RIBA work stages
  • Develop planning, technical and construction information
  • Prepare drawings, specifications and presentation material using Revit/BIM
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Attend design team and client meetings
  • Ensure projects comply with planning and building regulations
  • Support project delivery to programme and budget
  • Contribute to design reviews and collaborative workshops

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA)
  • Several years to extensive experience dependant on the level
  • Strong design and technical ability
  • Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages
  • Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills
  • Passion for high-quality architecture and sustainable design
