Location: Cracoe
Penguin Recruitment in Skipton, Yorkshire, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to produce high-quality architectural drawings and manage technical documentation using AutoCAD for a range of rural development and property projects across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD skills, experience with planning and building regulation packages, and the ability to liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams while delivering accurate, compliant designs on time.
