Assistant Landscape Architect

Are you a Landscape Architect with around 2-3 years' experience looking to develop your career within a well-established consultancy working across a broad range of landscape projects?

We're working with an established consultancy seeking a Landscape Architect to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become involved in projects from the early design stages through to delivery, working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

THE ROLE

As part of the landscape team, you'll contribute to a variety of projects, producing creative and technically robust landscape solutions while continuing to develop your professional skills.

ASSISTANT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing landscape design drawings and presentation material
  • Assisting with landscape masterplans, planting plans and detailed design packages
  • Supporting the preparation of landscape assessments and planning documents
  • Producing reports and technical documentation
  • Attending site visits and client meetings.
  • Working closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines to deliver projects from concept through to completion
  • Assisting with the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
ASSISTANT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS
  • 2-3 years' experience within a UK landscape architecture practice
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Good design and technical ability
  • Experience producing landscape drawings and reports
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A good understanding of the UK planning process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
